Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician to a warehouse in San Luis Obispo county to complete approved thermostat repairs. The site was scheduled to have two new programmable thermostats installed. After installing both thermostats, confirming programming was set as instructed to 6am-7pm cooling and heating, our tech checked both units for operation. No items to report at this time, job complete.
A shipping facility servicing San Luis Obispo County reported trouble with their thermostats not holding proper scheduling. The technician found three old thermostats, one he was able to program properly but the other two are two old and non-programmable. Will need to replace the two oldest thermostats. The customer also requested a quote for replacement of their three commercial HVAC systems, as they are old. Will provide both the thermostat and unit replacement quotes to the customer.
Air conditioning maintenance scheduled for a customer's commercial units in San Luis Obispo California. All units were inspected and pre-summer checklist completed. Filters swapped, drain lines cleared. No issues onsite, units operating normally.

Our HVAC technician returned to a home goods store to repair their commercial Lennox unit. The system had bad bearings that needed to be replaced. After making repairs and adjusting pulley and belt alignments, the tech tested all operations. Confirmed unit is working normally again, job complete.
Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician out to San Luis Obispo California to perform spring maintenance. The site has multiple air conditioners, including 7 mini-splits. Our tech changed filters on all units, performing spring testing and inspection on all equipment. Brushed off coils and checked belts, took photos of work completed. Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician back to a customer in San Luis Obispo California to complete repairs. Site had reported a noisy unit near the back left of the store, and the technician had found #5 with a bad blower motor wheel that was scored and off-balance. While taking apart the blower to repair, the technician found that the wrong sized wheel had been shipped. Will take old damaged wheel to parts house to make sure correct wheel is provided, will return.
